During the Cannes Filmfestival there was a market screening of The City of Your Final Destination, the 2007 film which stars Laura alongside names like Sir Anthony Hopkins and Charlotte Gainsbourg, but sadly wasn’t picked up for either international or American domestic release. More bad news, looks like the filming of The Details has been shut down for the time being. Filming only started the other week in Seattle.

“The production of THE DETAILS is currently on hold due to unforeseen circumstances. We look forward to resuming business in Seattle shortly as this community is the perfect home for the movie.” The Daily Weekly

On a happier note, I found this in a recent interview with actress Kyra Sedgwick:

Sedgwick hopes to build the staying power of the likes of Meryl Streep and Laura Linney.
