Hi everyone, so sorry for not updating for such a long time. I have a new job which takes up a lot of my time. I’m also sorry to say that I might not be able to update as much as I used to in the months to come either.

Anyway, here’s a quick recap of all Laura news of the last couple of months:
- Laura attended the Outfest Legacy Awards in LA at the end of September. Here are some photos:

- In early December Laura started rehearsals for the play Time Stands Still, opening on Broadway on January 5th, 2010. Her co-stars are Eric Bogosian, Brian D’Arcy James and Alicia Silverstone. Visit the Manhattan Theatre Club website for more information.

- The directorial debut of Mark Ruffalo, Sympathy for Delicious is to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January, and is also running in the US Dramatic Competition 2010. Laura’s co-stars include Mark Ruffalo, Orlando Bloom and Juliette Lewis.

- In November, Laura shot the pilot for a potentional Showtime prime time drama series The C Word in which she plays a suburban mom, diagnosed with cancer, who tries to find the humor in the disease. Her husband is played by Oliver Platt. The decision on whether the series will be taken on by Showtime is expected in mid January.
